Why we focus on Florida gutters and roofs

A roof in Florida takes more abuse than most. Heavy rain arrives in minutes, the sun is strong, and the air stays damp, so algae grows on shingles and oxidizes gutter finishes. Roof and ladder work carries real risk, and a homeowner should not have to take our word for the safety net. Fast Pro is licensed and insured, and we will email you a certificate of insurance before the job if you ask for one.

On the job itself, ladders go on firm, level ground at the angle NIOSH recommends, two-story homes get stabilizers, and we do not use high pressure on a roof, which the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association advises against for asphalt shingles.
